Corporate Secretary of Multiplex Holding JSC. He graduated from Zaporizhzhya State University. In 2005-2006 he worked as an Assistant Minister of Finance of Ukraine. From the end of 2006, he worked as a corporate secretary, member of the Supervisory Board, in the  JSC "Neruhomist Stoluci" and JSC "Multiplex-Holding". In 2007-2009 he was a member of the initiative group on establishing of the first community of professionals in the field of corporate governance - Corporate Governance Professional Association. From 2009 to 2014 he was a member of the CGPA Board.
