Having more than 20 years of recruitment practice, his key experience is placements of the CEOs and C-level professionals in Finance, HR, Marketing and Sales functions.

Oleksii is a personal advisor to the owners and CEOs on the issues of key recruitment decisions, organizational development and corporate governance. Being a professional consultant, Oleksii has a rich experience of cooperation with Supervisory Boards of numerous national and international companies as well as leading investment funds.

Oleksii is a member of the CGPA since 2017. Boyden Ukraine is an institutional member of CGPA. He takes an active part in the organization of the International Corporate Directors Forum.

He has a law degree (Donetsk State University, Faculty of Economics and Law, specialty "Law"). He also studied at the MBA Program of the International Institute of Business. He has completed leadership and management development programs at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley and the Columbia Business School.
