Previous experience: Before leading an award-winning transparent e-auction system PROZORRO.SALE Oleksii worked with the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine on reforming the state-owned enterprises and open data policies. Prior to that he was a portfolio manager with Dragon Asset Management.
Oleksii is a Certified Financial Analyst and a President of CFA Society Ukraine. He also leads a Ukrainian chapter of the global Construction Sector Transparency Initiative (CoST).
