IFC’ Regional Manager for Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova since 2017. He has worked at IFC since 2010. From 2014 to 2017, he was responsible for the development of a new business in Myanmar, Southeast Asia. In 2010-2014 he led the IFC teams in Istanbul, Turkey, which implemented a series of investments in the infrastructure sector in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Before his work at IFC, he was managing the portfolio of energy assets of General Electric, USA. He holds a Masters in International Finance and Research from Russia and Eurasia at Johns Hopkins University.
