OLEKSANDR KUCHERENKO

Director on Sustainable Development DTEK.
In 1992 he graduated from the Cherkasy State Pedagogical Institute, majoring in "Teacher of Russian Language and Literature", in 1995 he graduated from the Institute of Public Administration and Self-Government under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, where he received a master's degree in public administration. In 1996 he studied Economics and Sociology at the University of Manchester (UK). Later he completed his postgraduate studies at the Academy of Public Administration under the Administration of the President of Ukraine and in 2001 defended his PhD thesis in the speciality “Public Administration”. In 2018, he attended the Leadership and Innovation Culture Program at Harvard Business School (USA).
In 1997–2001, Oleksandr Kucherenko worked as a regional sales manager and later as a national trainer at UNILEVER. In 2001 he went to work for INBEV, where he went from a national training coach to a director of training and development in the Eastern European region. In 2006-2009, he held the position of Director of R&D at the Raiffeisen Bank Aval, where he was responsible for training and development of the Bank's staff.
In May 2009, he joined the post of Deputy Director of Personnel Management at DTEK. In May 2011, he headed DTEK's HR department. From September 2018 - he became an Director on Sustainable Development, DTEK.
In 2017 and 2018 he was recognized as the HR Person of Ukraine by the HeadHunter Ukraine International Personnel Portal.
