An independent member of the Supervisory Board of the Prozorro.Sales,  Head of the Audit and Finance Committee. In the past, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Renaissance Credit Ukraine Bank and a member of the Board of the European Business Association. Prior to March 2019, he  operated the business of Visa Inc. in 17 countries in Southeast Europe, the CIS and Central Asia.
Prior to joining Visa, Dmytro worked as Chairman of the Board of Kredobank, a subsidiary of PKO Bank Polski Group, Deputy Chairman of the Board of First Ukrainian International Bank, Director of Retail Network Development and Director of Raiffeisen Bank Aval's Strategy and Projects Department.
Prior to returning to Ukraine in 2006, Dmytro worked for 5 years at the largest US energy company Duke Energy in North Carolina, Texas and Canada, Alberta. In particular, Dmitry was responsible for attracting investors to the states of North and South Carolina, where Duke Energy's electricity distribution business is concentrated. In the US, Dmitry also worked at the consulting firm Mercer Management Consulting (Oliver Wyman) in the Chicago office.
In 2001, Dmitro graduated from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and received an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management.
