Founder and President of the RedHead Family Corporation, Founder and President of the FBN-Ukraine Family Owners Association, Chairman of the NickOl Board, Chairman of the Resta Board. He was a founder of many innovations of Ukrainian business - the creation of children's supermarket "Antoshka" with 6 product categories (1997), the introduction of Adizes methodology in Ukrainian companies (2004), an association of owners of Ukrainian family companies - Family Business Network Ukraine (2009). He was the first in Ukraine, who received the Executive MBA for Families in Business (2011). He completed some training courses on leadership and family business management from IMD (Switzerland).
